SPY x FAMILY and Disney's Wish Reveal a Magical Collaboration

SPY x FAMILY CODE: White movie collaborated with Disney’s Wish, as announced earlier with a special visual. The collaboration brings together the miraculous and secret power of the two protagonists — Anya, the one with the ability of mind-reading, and Asha, the one with the power of wishes. The special visual reimagines Wish‘s original poster with SPY x FAMILY‘s Anya and Bond, as well as a shining Stella Star.

In addition to the visual, a special video was also released featuring teasers of SPY x FAMILY CODE: White and Disney’s Wish. The Japanese-dubbed teaser video reveals the magical similarities between Asha and Anya, and how both of their secret powers will shake the world.

While Wish premiered worldwide on November 22 (December 15 in Japan), SPY x FAMILY CODE: White is set to premiere on December 22, 2023. The teaser invites fans to watch the two movies this winter break.

In case you didn’t know, Disney is currently celebrating its 100th anniversary. Wish is described to be the culmination of their history and a true portrayal of wishes, a recurring theme in many of their works throughout the years. Meanwhile, the SPY x FAMILY movie also collaborated with the Street Fighter 6 game and the Mission: Impossible movie.

SPY x FAMILY is based on a manga by Tatsuya Endo. The first season of the anime aired in April 2022 and had a total of 25 episodes. Meanwhile, Season 2 is currently ongoing and is set to have 13 episodes. WIT Studio and CloverWorks are handling the animation of the series. Crunchyroll streams the anime and describes the plot as:
World peace is at stake and secret agent Twilight must undergo his most difficult mission yet—pretend to be a family man. Posing as a loving husband and father, he’ll infiltrate an elite school to get close to a high-profile politician. He has the perfect cover, except his wife’s a deadly assassin and neither knows each other’s identity. But someone does, his adopted daughter who’s a telepath!
