Producer George Wada was originally appointed the CEO of WIT Studio and has more recently been appointed to the same position for Production I.G. as well to which Wada stated, “These two anime studios are two very distinct companies. So, I would like to take advantage of the unique characteristics of these two companies to increase the number of anime fans out there and to have them enjoy the works we create.”
