On March 2, 2021, the upcoming anime series To Your Eternity revealed its theme song that’s going to be performed by Utada Hikaru. Also, the series is slated to premiere on April 12, 2021, and will be produced by Studio Brain’s Base under the direction of Masahiko Murata. The anime will have a total of 20 episodes. In addition, Crunchyroll previously announced that they will be streaming the series.

The American-Japanese singer-songwriter and producer, Hikaru Utada, will be performing the opening theme song for To Your Eternity. It will be titled “PINK BLOOD.” Additionally, it is the very first time that the artist performed an opening theme song for an anime series!
Fun fact: Hikaru Utada collaborated with American DJ, Skrillex, in performing the opening theme song for Kingdom Hearts 3. Moreover, Kingdom Hearts 3 is a 2019 action-role playing game published by Square Enix set in a vast array of Disney and Pixar worlds! Basically, it is a game wherein the characters of Square Enix (e.g. Final Fantasy) collaborate with Disney and Pixar’s characters.
