Arifureta Season 2 Opening and Ending Song Creditless Versions Released

The opening and ending songs of Arifureta season 2 have received creditless versions on YouTube. The series started on January 13, 2022, and with an episode that introduced the new themes.

The title of the opening song is “Daylight”, which is performed by MindaRyn:

There are two versions for the ending sequence of the anime. Fantastic Youth performed the ending song titled “Gedou Sanka”:

Arifureta season 2 premiered on January 13, 2022. The series is having a simulcast on Funimation. Akira Iwanaga (Isuca) is currently directing the series, while studios Asread (Mother of the Goddess’ Dormitory) and Mother are animating. Season 1 of Arifureta aired in the Summer 2019 anime season, which had a total of 13 episodes. It also had two OVAs that aired in January and February 2019.

Ryo Shirakome first launched the Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest web novel series on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website. Overlap started serializing a light novel adaptation in June 2015, and it currently has 12 volumes available. The same publisher is also publishing a manga adaptation by RoGa on Comic Gardo magazine.

J-Novel Club is publishing Arifureta light novel series in English. Season 2 of the anime will adapt the story starting from Volume 5:

With the addition of Kaori into their party, Hajime and his friends make for Myu’s hometown, the coastal city of Erisen. While crossing the Gruen Desert, they save a young Ankajian man, Bize, from a sandworm attack. Apparently, he was searching for a cure to the mysterious disease that has struck his people. His travels led him to conclude that a mineral known as stillrock held the key to saving his country, but it can only be found inside the Grand Gruen Volcano, a labyrinth far too dangerous for most. Hajime agrees to help Bize procure some, and the party begins their quest to conquer yet another labyrinth. But along the way, they meet a most unexpected foe…
