Bocchi The Rock Anime by CloverWorks Announced For 2022

The official Twitter account for the Bocchi The Rock anime has posted a teaser video and set a 2022 release date. Studio CloverWorks will be in charge of the production. Check out the teaser video:

Yoshino Aoyama is voicing the main character Hitori., and the staff for the Bocchi the Rock anime includes:

Director: Keiichiro Saitou 
Series composition and script: Erika Yoshida 
Character design: Kerorira 

Aki Hamaji writes and draws the original 4-panel manga, which began in 2018. The story for it goes:

Gotou Hitori is a high school girl who starting learning to playing the guitar because she dreams of being in a band, but she’s so shy that she hasn’t made a single friend. However, her dream might come true after she meets Ijichi Nijika, a girl who plays drums and is looking for a new guitarist for her band. (Anime-Planet)

CloverWorks seems to be getting some more anime adaptations, and Bocchi the Rock! is another one set for 2022.
