Date a Live IV released the preview images for episode 9, which features the “Kurumi Refrain” arc. This will be the final arc of the season, and it will begin in the next episode, which will air on June 3, 2022. You can check out the preview images below:
The synopsis of episode 9 states that Shido returned to his daily high school life after saving Mukuro. However, Kurumi, who is also known as the worst spirit also returned to school, waiting for him. The spirit of fate, whom Shido and the spirits fought with and confronted numerous times is back, with the question “Is this going to be their last date?”

Date a Live IV began airing on April 8, 2022, and it currently has 8 episodes. Studio GEEEKTOYS is animating the series, while Jun Nakagawa is directing. Studio AIC+ animated the first season in 2013, and it was followed by season 2 in 2014, which was animated by Production IMS. In 2019, J.C. Staff animated season 3. Keitaro Motonaga directed all of it.
Date a Live was originally a Japanese light novel series by Koshi Tachibana with Tsunako’s illustrations. Fujimi Shobo started publishing it in 2011, and it ended in 2020, with a total of 22 volumes available. Yen Press is publishing the original Date a Live series in English:
