On March 1, 2021, the upcoming game Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Keppuutan finally revealed Giyu Tomioka! Giyu Tomioka will be a playable character in the game’s “Versus Mode.”
In addition, developer CyberConnect2 shared Giyu Tomioka’s character visual based on his in-game 3D model.
Published by Aniplex and developed by CyberConnect2, the upcoming video game Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Keppuutan is based on Koyoharu Gotōge’s Kimetsu no Yaiba. What’s more, game currently has 2 modes, namely: Solo Play Mode and Versus Mode.
In the Solo Play Mode, the player relives Kamado Tanjiro’s story which is completely based on the manga. Meanwhile, in Versus Mode, the player can play as any two of the characters from the manga. Also, Versus Mode puts the characters in a 2v2 match which can be done in offline or online mode.
To sum up the facts, the upcoming video game Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Keppuutan officialy revealed Giyu Tomioka as a playable character.
Gameplay videos of Zenitsu Agatsuma, Inosuke Hashibira, Tanjiro Kamado, and Nezuko Kamado were previously announced as well.
