This comes after some Japanese parents expressed concern about the sequel before. It was mostly due to the fact its setting is in a “Yuukaku” (Red District). That’s what they call the place where they offer adult services, which is inappropriate for children. There was some debate among fans, and there were concerns that it might result in some form of censorship for the anime. Luckily though, it will have a late night slot and fans should be able to enjoy without any changes.

Demon Slayer Season 2 is likely the most anticipated anime for the Fall 2021 anime season, and ufotable will definitely bring some amazing production quality, though it’s nice to hear there will be no changes. Let’s hope we get the international release date soon as well!
