In the poll we conducted for the most anticipated anime of Fall 2021, Demon Slayer ranked 1st, and it was closed before the hype that came after the Season 2 news on Saturday. The option was “Demon Slayer: Entertainment District Arc” though. We’ll see if its popularity will carry it weekly despite the first part actually being a TV version of the Mugen Train movie. There’s still people who didn’t watch the movie, and it will have ‘new scenes and music’. Funimation has confirmed streaming both the Mugen Train TV anime and the Entertainment District arc.

The Entertainment District Arc will start on December 5, and the synopsis for it goes:
Tanjiro and his friends accompany the Hashira Tengen Uzui to an entertainment district where Tengen’s female ninja agents were gathering information on a demon before they suddenly disappeared. In order to investigate, Tanjiro and the others disguise themselves as women to sneak in!
The stacked Fall 2021 anime season has a lot more promising shows! Obviously the ones above, but there are also The Vampire Dies in No Time, Ranking of Kings, Deep Insanity: The Lost Child, and some more potential hidden gems!
