The Mugen Train TV anime is a seven-episode arc which begins with an original episode. It will cover the day before the events of the movie, and feature new music tracks, new OP and ED songs and animation, and newly edited scenes. LiSA returns to sing the theme songs for the first part, with the opening theme “Akeboshi” and ending theme “Shirogane.”

After that, the previously announced Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc will premiere on Funimation. The first episode will be with a 1 hour-long and premiere on Sunday, December 5. It will introduce the Upper Moon Daki, voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro. In addition, the theme songs for this part of the anime will be performed by Aimer (“Zankyosanka” and “Asa ga kuru”).

You can buy Demon Slayer merchandise at the official website for the franchise, as well as on the Funimation Shop. The studio in charge of the anime, ufotable, has opened a global webshop too. It’s great that they’re showing that they’re aware of the global fandom, and we’ll see how it evolves from now. Currently, it’s mostly Demon Slayer merchandise.

Funimation streams both the first anime season and the Mugen Train movie. The story:

Demons lurk the woods where Tanjirou’s family is slaughtered. Now, all he has left is his sister, and she’s not even human anymore.

The anime is our fans’ most anticipated show for Fall 2021, so let’s look forward to the premiere!
