Gabi Braun Gets A Special Illustration After Episode 11

Following the premiere of Episode 11, the official Twitter account of Attack on Titan released a special illustration for Gabi Braun. You can check out the illustration by Michelle Sugimoto, the episode’s director:

The episode showed some development for the Marley girl, as she met Sasha’s parents and Kaya. She may have realized a little about how they’re also normal people inside, and that they’re not really devils. Although many hate the character for what she did to Sasha and go to extreme lengths to convey that to others, we can’t forget the fact that she’s 12 years old. (And that she’s an imaginary character, Sasha too.) I think Eren would’ve done the same had he had the power, and it’s just a matter of perspective.

In addition, one of the series’s animators, Mushiyo, shared an illustration of Gabi and Falco:

Lastly, Attack on Titan is a popular Japanese manga series by Hajime Isayama. It is currently airing the final season of its anime adaptation. You can also read the full synopsis of the story:

Over a century ago, mankind was devoured by giant beings of unknown intelligence and origin known as Titans. Creatures that eat humans alive indiscriminately and for no apparent reason. The remaining population has managed to survive the last hundred years only by building a multi-walled city capable of keeping the Titans at bay, training military recruits to patrol the perimeter and gather intelligence about their mysterious foe. Eren and Mikasa have lived a relatively peaceful life behind the city’s walls. But when a massive Titan appears, smashing the outer barrier and unleashing a wave of terror, their lives are brutally changed forever…
