Popular franchise Girls und Panzer announced a 10th-anniversary project with a special PV. The format is still unknown, but it’s meant to honor the 10 year anniversary of the anime premiere. Girls and Panzer started airing on October 9, 2012.
Actas, subsidiary of Bandai Namco Arts, created and produced Girls und Panzer anime, with Tsutomu Mizushima as the director. Reiko Yoshida wrote the script and was also in charge of series composition. Isao Sugimoto did character designs, while Shirou Hamaguchi composed the music.
The original anime ran from October to December 2012, but 2 additional episodes aired in March 2013, making it a total of 13. The anime also has multiple OVAs, DVD specials, and omake specials. A sequel movie titled Girls und Panzer der Film came out in 2015, followed by Girls und Panzer das Finale: Part 1 in 2017. Girls und Panzer das Finale is a 6-movie project, which depicts the events set after the original series and the first movie. Part 2 came out in 2019, while the third and the latest movie came out earlier this year. The sequel still doesn’t have a release date. The franchise also spawned manga adaptations, as well as a light novel serialization.
Sentai Filmworks licensed the series, which is currently available to stream on HiDive.

Mai Fuchigami voiced Miho in the anime, as well as the movies, with Yuka Iguchi as Mako, Mami Ozaki as Hana, Ai Kayano as Saori, and Ikumi Nakagami as Yukari.
