Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible Manga Will End in Three Chapters

The Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible manga will be ending in three chapters, according to an announcement made by the series’ official Twitter account. The final chapter will be titled “Confession.” Nene Yukimori, the author, also tweeted the announcement, thanking fans for their continued support of the manga series.

Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible manga was began serialization in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump in October 2019. The manga is available digitally in English and Spanish on Shueisha’s Manga Plus service and Viz Media’s Shonen Jump website. Viz Media has licensed the manga for print publication in North America.

Speaking up in class is only the beginning for Shiraishi—soon Kubo forces him to be noticed at school, at the bookstore, and all around town. Shiraishi’s once-lackluster life isn’t so dull anymore!

The Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible manga is also has an ongoing anime adaptation: the first episode aired on January 10. Pine Jam is animating the series, with direction by Kazuomi Koga. The opening theme song is “Dramatic Janakutemo” by Kana Hanazawa, while the ending theme song is “Kasuka de Tashika” by Dialogue+. The anime has been licensed by Sentai Filmworks outside of Japan, and will be streaming on HIDIVE. Meanwhile, Medialink has licensed it for Southeast Asia, releasing it on the Ani-One Asia YouTube channel and on Bilibili. The cast of the series consists of:

  • Kana Hanazawa as Nagisa Kubo
  • Kengo Kawanishi as Junta Shiraishi
  • Miku Ito as Akina Kubo
  • Sora Amamiya as Saki Kubo
  • Ai Kakuma as Hazuki Kudo
  • Ayana Taketatsu as Tamao Taira

Following the release of episode 6, the anime will be delayed and will start restart broadcast from the first episode in April of this year.
