The anime adaptation is based on a manga series written and illustrated by Egumi Sora. The manga began serialization on Shinchosha’s Kurage Bunch website in January 2020 and it currently has 8 volumes in circulation. The romantic comedy story is about Teruaki Nakamura, who transferred from Tokyo to Okinawa. There, he finds a girl that he likes named Hina Kyan. But Teruaki is having a hard time understanding Hina’s Okinawan dialect. Kana Higa, who is Hina’s friend, helps Teruaki by translating the dialect for him. But little does he know, that Kana has a secret crush on him.

I can talk about seiyuus for days. A connoisseur of cute girls doing cute things and fluffy romance stories always make me smile. I mostly watch slice-of-life and rom-coms with drama on the side.
