It was July 19 when the ONE PIECE manga first began in 1997, but the official date for the celebration is July 22, and so the huge 25th anniversary milestone is being celebrated today in 2022! Since the first chapter, Eiichiro Oda has published 1053 chapters, and there are a 102 published compilation volumes. The manga is getting into the final saga, and there are big reveals coming up. The ONE PIECE FILM RED movie is set to release on August 6 in Japan, with the international release coming in fall. The ONE PIECE Day will happen over this weekend with several fun events as well.
You can watch the ONE PIECE on Crunchyroll, with episode 1025 being the latest one. You can also catch up to the latest manga chapter for free on either VIZ website or MANGA Plus, and the first chapter following the hiatus is coming out on July 25th.
