Spy x Family Part 2 begin airing on October 1, and the non-credit ending video released on YouTube after the broadcast of the first episode surpassed 1 million views in 12 hours. Singer yama is performing the ending song “Shikisai,” which was also released digitally on October 2.
The Official Twitter account of the anime was updated on October 2 at noon to celebrate the 1 million view milestone with their 1.1 million followers and expressed appreciation to all of those who have viewed the video. You can check the 1-minute and 30-second long video on YouTube below:
Prior to the October 1 premiere date, the anime posted the non-credit opening video featuring BUMP OF CHICKEN’s “SOUVENIR” on October 28, which has surpassed 6.5 million views as of the time of writing (4 in just two days).

WIT STUDIO and CloverWorks’ collaborative anime Spy x Family, based on Tatsuya Endo’s Shonen Jump+ manga of the same name, began in April and ended its first cour on June 25 in Japan with the 12th episode. The second cour began broadcasting on October 1, and the manga’s next, 10th volume is scheduled to be released on October 4. The manga has surpassed 25 million circulating copies as of the 9th volume.
Viz Media licensed the manga for English releases and describes the plot as:
