Summer Time Rendering Gets Video Game by MAGES

The official Twitter for the Summer Time Rendering anime has announced that a video game by MAGES is in development. Not much information was revealed, and it’s unknown what platform the game will be available on. They did open a teaser website for it, and you can see the official announcement below:

Yasuki Tanaka writes the original suspense-mystery manga Summer Time Rendering. Shonen Jump+ online magazine serialized it from 2017 to 2021. It is available on Shueisha’s MANGA Plus platform, and the story is described as:
Upon hearing of Ushio’s death, Shinpei returns to his hometown of Wakayama City on Hitogashima and reunites with his childhood friend’s family. The funeral goes smoothly, but under the surface something strange is brewing on the island. What mysteries await him on this secluded summer island?

The 2nd cour of the anime adaptation by studio OLM is currently ongoing, and it’s streaming exclusively on Disney+.
