The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You (Kimi no Koto ga Daidaidaidaidaisuki na 100-nin no Kanojo) is based on a manga written by Rikito Nakamura and illustrated by Yukiko Nozawa. The manga began serialization in 2019 in Weekly Young Jump Magazine. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed it in English and describes the plot as:
Aijo Rentaro has asked a hundred girls out and struck out every time. In desperation, he prays for guidance, only to be told by a god that his rejections were due to a cosmic mishap!
