The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You anime revealed a character visual for Hahari Hanazono. Hahari, who is voiced by Sumire Uesaka, is Hakari’s mother. Both are Rentaro’s girlfriends.
Bibury Animation Studios is animating the adaptation with Hikaru Sato as the director.Takashi Aoshima is doing the series composition. while Akane Yano is in charge of the character designs. In addition to Sumire Uesaka the cast includes:
- Wataru Kato as Rentaro Aijo
- Kaede Hondo as Hakari Hanazono
- Miyu Tomita as Karane Inda
- Asami Seto as Nano Eiai
- Ayaka Asai as Kusuri Yakuzen
- Shigeru Chiba as God of Love
- Maria Naganawa as Shizuka Yoshimoto
The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You (Kimi no Koto ga Daidaidaidaidaisuki na 100-nin no Kanojo) is based on a manga written by Rikito Nakamura and illustrated by Yukiko Nozawa. The manga began serialization in 2019 in Weekly Young Jump Magazine. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed it in English and describes the plot as:
Aijo Rentaro has asked a hundred girls out and struck out every time. In desperation, he prays for guidance, only to be told by a god that his rejections were due to a cosmic mishap! Now this god will set things right by making sure Aijo gets one hundred dates. Except, as things often go with gods, there’s a catch: each of his one hundred dates is Aijo’s destined soulmate! Worse, if he doesn’t return their feelings, they’ll all die in horrible—and hilarious—accidents!
