The Case Study of Vanitas episode 18 preview is out! The plot is thickening and the battle is beginning! Last week’s episode served a lot of epic scenes, especially when Naenia turned the situation from bad to worse. Now, Vanitas and Noé must hurry if they want to save not only Cursed Ones but the whole of Gevauen as well.
Together with five preview images, the website teases a synopsis for The Case Study of Vanitas episode 18. Jeanne is determined to complete her mission to kill the Beast, but Vanitas explains the true story and helps Jeanne. Meanwhile, Olivier and Roland are outside protecting the villagers from the wolves.
The next episode is titled, “Avec toi―Just the Two of Us” and will release on Friday, February 18, at 24:00 JST. The English subtitled versions will also be available later on Crunchyroll, Funimation, and Bilibili in select regions. Watch the preview video:

The Case Study of Vanitas is a manga by Jun Mozuchi which follows the story of the vampire Noé Archiviste as he joins Vanitas on his quest to cure all curse-bearing vampires. It also has an anime and a stageplay adaption. Studio BONES is animating the series.
