The Dawn of the Witch Anime Gets First Trailer, Reveals Additional Cast and New Visual

The previously announced The Dawn of the Witch anime has released its first trailer, along with the cast reveal and a new visual. Yumiri Hanamori, Masaaki Yano and Masaaki Mizunaka have been added to the voice cast. Studio Tezuka Productions is in charge of the production, it will premiere on April 7. Kobashiri Kakeru writes the original light novel, with illustrations by Iwasaki Takashi. Kodansha USA is publishing the manga adaptation in English, and they describe the story:

Cervil is a magic student with no memories of his life before he met a mysterious blond woman in an alley. Now he travels with his teacher, Ross—another student, Holt, and the beastman Coudeau for “special training”… but this field trip may not be as routine as it seems!
