The Demon Prince of Momochi House received a new trailer during the Crunchyroll panel at the Anime NYC 2023. The series also had an early premiere at the convention ahead of the premiere on January 5, 2024.
The video features the opening song titled “Winter Cherry,” by Yoh Kamiyama, and the ending theme, “Aiyue” performed by Muto. Nobuo “Bob” Shirahata is directing the anime at Studio Drive. The cat of the series includes:
The anime is based on Aya Shouoto’s Momochi-san Chi no Ayakashi Ouji (The Demon Prince at Momochi House) manga series. Kadokawa Shoten published it from 2019 to 2023. and it had a total of 16 volumes. Viz Media serialized the original The Demon Prince at Momochi House manga series in English and describes the plot as:
On her sixteenth birthday, orphan Himari Momochi inherits her ancestral estate that she’s never seen. Momochi House exists on the barrier between the human and spiritual realms, and Himari is meant to act as guardian between the two worlds. But on the day she moves in, she finds three handsome squatters already living in the house, and one seems to have already taken over her role!
