The Demon Prince of Momochi House anime adaptation revealed a new teaser trailer earlier today. Studio Drive is animating the adaptation, which was announced in July of this year. The series will begin broadcasting in 2024. The video is available on YouTube:
The main cast for The Demon Prince of Momochi House anime includes:
- Natsumi Kawaida as Aoi Nanamori
- Takeo Otsuka as Nue
- Shinnosuke Tachibana as Murasaki
- Yuki Ono as Ise
Shirahata Nobuo is directing the anime, with Yasuko Aoki on the series composition. Mariko Oka is in charge of the character designs. Tomoyuki Kono and Ayana Tsujita are composing the music.
The Demon Prince of Momochi House is based on a manga series written and illustrated by Aya Shouoto. It was serialized in Kadokawa’s Monthly Asuka from February 2013 to August 2019. Viz Media licensed it in English and described the plot as:
On her sixteenth birthday, orphan Himari Momochi inherits her ancestral estate that she’s never seen. Momochi House exists on the barrier between the human and spiritual realms, and Himari is meant to act as guardian between the two worlds. But on the day she moves in, she finds three handsome squatters already living in the house, and one seems to have already taken over her role!
