The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic anime project has been confirmed to be a TV anime, and it received its first teaser visual and trailer, as well as a 2024 premiere date. Studio Add will collaborate with Shin-Ei Animation on the animation, and you can watch the teaser trailer below:

The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic was originally a web novel by Kurokata, and it was first serialized on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in 2014. It was published as light novel series with illustrations by KeG in Kadokawa’s MF Books from 2016 to 2020, with a total of 12 volumes being released. There is also a manga adaptation by Reki Kugayama,w hich began in April 2017 and is currently ongoing.
One Peace Books licensed both the The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic light novel and manga in English, and they describe the story:
Usato, an ordinary high schooler, happens to run into two fellow students after school one rainy day. Suddenly, all three of them are engulfed in a magic circle and transported to a fantasy world.
