The new Urusei Yatsura anime revealed the non-credit versions of the opening and the ending, along with more information about the anime’s broadcasting schedule. The anime, which premiered earlier today, previously announced four cours. The first two of those will air consecutively and will have 23 episodes, according to the Blu-Ray listing. In addition, Fuji Creative Corporation’s website lists the series with a total of 46 episodes.
The opening theme song for David Production’s Urusei Yatsura is “Aiue” by MAISONdes, Minami and SAKURAmoti. Shingo Yamashita directed the opening:
The main duo, Ataru Moroboshi and Lum, is voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya and Sumire Uesaka respectively. The ending theme song is “Tokyo Shandy Rendezvous” by MAISONdes feat. KAF and Tsumiki. Check out the colorful non-credit ending below:

Urusei Yatsura is based on a romantic comedy manga by Rumiko Takahashi, serialized from September 1978 until February 1987. The first anime adaptation had 195 episodes and aired from October 1981 to March 1986. It was animated by Studio DEEN and Pierrot.
