A manga adaptation with art by Minami has been serialized in the Seinen manga magazine Dengeki Maoh since August 2020.
The plot follows an unappealing otaku who reincarnates as a pig, after passing out while eating raw pig liver. In the new world, he meets Jess, a girl who can read minds and accepts him for who he is, but she does plan on eating him eventually. However, she is in danger, and Pig is the only one who can save her while using his new skillset which includes a refined sense of smell.
