The upcoming Spy Classroom anime released a Christmas visual featuring Grete and Annette on Saturday. Studio feel. is animating the adaptation with July 5 premiere date.
The newly-released visual shows Grete sitting on a chair, knitting a scarf, and watching Annette, who is decorating a large Christmas tree in the room. Miku Ito is voicing Grete and Tomori Kusunoki is Annette in the anime adaptation. The characters’ conversation goes as follows:
Annette: I’m off to put up the decorations!
Grete: …Um, may I ask about the one in your hand? It’s the only one in purple.
Annette: This is my special firework!
Grete: Did you know you’d call a piece of firework inside of a house “bomb”?
Annette: I’m going to get the Santa guy!
Grete: …How serious are you actually?
The anime previously revealed a number of character trailers and visuals. The most recent visual was the autumn one and it featured Lily and Sybilla.

The Spy Classroom anime is being produced based on a light novel series of the same name written by Takemachi and illustrated by Tomari. The novel is currently being published under Kadokawa’s label Fujimi Fantasia Bunko. Yen Press licensed the light novel for English releases and describes the plot as:
Following a devastating military conflict, countries fight their wars in the shadows. One unusual spy, Klaus, has never failed on the job despite his quirks, and he is building a team to take on an Impossible Mission—one with over a 90 percent chance of failure. However, his chosen members are all washouts with no practical experience. They’ll have to use every trick in the book (and some that aren’t) to prove they’re up to the task!
