The results of the Summer 2023 week 7 anime ranking are out, and BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War placed 1st for the first time after the 6th episode from part 2. We saw Rukia reveal her Bankai, and the anime took 11.44% of the votes, with 9,630 people participating. Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead returned after a break and immediately placed 2nd, while My Happy Marriage took the 3rd spot. The most notable increase came from Reign of the Seven Spellblades, which increased its rank by 5 spots after a surprsing episode. Check out the top 10 graphic below:
Studio Pierrot is in charge of the production, and they previously produced the original TV anime adaptation of Tite Kubo’s BLEACH manga, which aired between October 2004 and March 2012 for a total of 366 episodes. VIZ Media licensed it in English, and they describe the BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War story:
