BOFURI Season 2 Delays Episode 11 Broadcast to April 12

BOFURI: I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, so I’ll Max Out My Defense Season 2 episode 11 has been delayed and moved back one week, as announced on their official website. The broadcast postponement is due to the production team’s decision to maintain the quality of the series. The staff also shared their sincere apology and appreciation for understanding, as this is also the second delay of the season.

Instead of its continuation on April 5, BOFURI Season 2 episode 11 will air on April 12 while the finale Episode 12 will air on April 19. Episode 10 will air as scheduled this Wednesday, March 29, at 23:00 JST, and will be broadcasted again in the next week. Studio SILVER LINK is currently animating the series.

This is not the first delay for this season of BOFURI: the seventh episode was also previously delayed by two weeks, pushing back the final two episodes as well.

BOFURI: I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, so I’ll Max Out My Defense (Itai no wa Iya nano de Bōgyoryoku ni Kyokufuri Shitai to Omoimasu) is a light novel series by Yumikan and Koin. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime adaptation by Studio SILVER LINK and describes the plot:
IS SHE THE GAME’S LAST BOSS?! Though she doesn’t play many MMOs, Maple has either a natural talent or impossibly good luck, because by pouring every last stat point she has into Vitality, she’s created a character who can’t be hurt! Whether it’s physical attacks or magic or status effects, nothing poses a real threat. In no time at all, news spreads across the server about the adorable terror who can’t be defeated. While Maple may just be having fun, her broken build is sure to attract lots of unexpected attention…
