Chainsaw Man Reveals Additional Cast

Chainsaw Man anime revealed the additional cast which includes some big names from the voice acting industry. Studio MAPPA is animating the Chainsaw Man anime, with Ryu Nakayama as the director. Kazutaka Sugiyama is doing character designs, while Kiyotaka Oshiyama is credited for creature designs. Kensuke Ushio is composing the music. The anime will premiere on October 11. New cast additions are:

• Angel Devil: Maaya Uchida
• Shark Devil: Hanae Natsuki
• Violence Fiend: Yuya Uchida
• Spider Devil: Saori Goto
• Akane Sawatari: Yo Taichi
• Katana Man: Daiki Hamano

The previously announced cast for Chainsaw Man anime is as follows:

• Kikunosuke Toya as Denji
• Tomori Kusunoki as Makima
• Shogo Sakata as Aki Hayakawa
• Fairouz Ai as Power
• Mariya Ise as Himeno
• Kenjiro Tsuda as Kishibe
• Karin Takahashi as Kobeni Higashiyama
• Taku Yashiro as Hirokazu Arai
• Shiori Izawa as Pochita

The anime is based on a manga by Tatsuki Fujimoto. The first part originally ran from 2018 to 2020 and ended after 97 chapters and 11 volumes. The continuation, dubbed Part 2, began on July 13 on the Shonen Jump+ platform. The latest volume, 12th, was released earlier this month.

The anime is listed with 12 different ending theme songs, while Kenshi Yonezu is performing the opening theme song “KICK BACK”.
