Mushoku Tensei’s Eris is getting another figure and this time it’s a swimsuit one by CAworks. The exclusive summer-themed figure is available for pre-order on the GoodSmile website until June 9. The release date is set for November 2022 and the price is ¥17,050 – a little over $130.
The 1/7th scale PVC figure was sculpted by Yasu and Sakaki Kaoru (Wonderful Works), while Take did the paintwork. A special edition of the figure also includes a printed shikishi signboard and a B2 poster, both of which feature the illustration the figure was based on.
Eris Boreas Greyrat is one of the main characters in the Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation series. She had a prominent role in the first season of the anime adaptation and even received a special OAD (original disc animation) episode that focused on her goblin slaying adventures. Eris also recently got her own spin-off manga, that follows her adventures after she separates from Rudeus after the events of the first season’s finale. The manga that is titled Mushoku Tensei: Eris wa Honki de Kiba wo Togu (Eris Sharpens Her Fangs) began serialization on Square Enix’s Gangan Online magazine app on March 15 (March 29 for the website version).
Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation anime is an adaptation of the light novel of the same name by Rifujin na Magonote and Shirotaka (illustrator). Studio Bind animated the first season, which aired in two cours throughout 2021. The first cour aired in the Winter anime season, while the second started in the Fall season. The franchise also recently got an announcement for a sequel – season 2.
