Everyone Has a Chance to Sing in BELLE, Upcoming Mamoru Hosoda's Film

It has been announced that everyone will have the opportunity to sing in BELLE, the upcoming Mamoru Hosoda film, which will be released in Japanese theaters in the summer of 2021. Starting on April 23, 2021, you will be able to participate in a global audition.

The film will include a scene in which voices from all over the world join Belle’s as she sings her theme. You have until May 31, 2021 to submit a singing sample.

The website includes guide vocals and sheet music, and the lyrics are as simple as they get: “La la la.” You are welcome to send the sample here!

Not only that, but simply submitting a singing sample qualifies you for a chance to win autographed posters and movie merchandise. Unfortunately, those prizes are only available to Japanese entrants.
