‘Mother of the Goddess’ Dormitory‘ episode 2 is finally out, with Kyoushi now really experiencing the life of a dorm mother. That said, it seems that he needs to deal with the dorm tenants’ unique personalities.

The girls are really giving Kyoushi a hard time every day. They just treat him as if he were one of the girls, so they behave differently when he is around. While I appreciate their freedom, I can’t say I’m not puzzled about some of their actions. But, I will admit that sometimes, I wish that I were their dorm mother.
The first person Koushi interacts with was Kiriya. Her room is above Kyoushi’s, however, after she accidentally destroys her floor she ends up falling into Kyoushi’s room.
There, she tells Kyoushi why she “accidentally” blasted her floor. She then asks him if she can stay the night since she has nowhere else to sleep now. He agrees to this but Kiriya has other plans. Right before they fall asleep, she tries to grab Kyoushi’s hand and put it on her chest, while straddling him.
Apparently, Kiriya did that because she sees Kyoushi as her brother… Of course, Kyoushi scolds her for what she did, but at the same time, he tells Kiriya that she is pretty, which makes her blush. I think this is a clear sign that Kiriya will develop romantic feelings towards him in the future.
After scolding Kiriya, Kyoushi went up to her room and decided to sleep there. However, Serene suddenly appears and tells him that if he becomes her servant, she will fix the floor of Kiriya’s room. Of course, Kyoushi agrees with this proposal, since it means fixing the floor.
Then, Serene suddenly kisses Kyoushi, but it seems that he didn’t notice because he was already asleep. However, the next morning, he wakes up to see that the floor is now fixed. That was when Kyoushi realized that Serene kissed him last night.
Now, I’m just curious about what does Serene has in her mind. I’m looking forward to seeing what happens between her and Kiriya in the future. Also, I’m asking myself if she will perhaps kiss him more often.
Atena is a special case in the dormitory. Episode 1 of the series introduced her as a girl who is scared of boys. Whenever there’s a guy around her, blood always gushes out of her nose.
In this episode, Kyoushi needs to go to the grocery store and Atena joins him. However, she bumps into some random guy out there and Kyoushi immediately grabs her, telling the guy sorry for his sister’s misbehavior. After that, the two of them go to a cafe, and Atena tells him that it is the place she goes to whenever she needs to be alone.
In the cafe, Atena also asks Kyoushi if he can call her “Big Sis”, to which he agrees, and that makes her really happy. She jumps up out of happiness but then has an accident with her skirt, which leads to a series of unfortunate events (but not really).
My main waifu in the anime is Atena, so I was quite happy when I saw this scene. I’m also really hoping that one day, she will be able to overcome her fear of men.
The episode ends with Kyoushi having dinner with all of the tenants of the dormitory. However, all of them are using their talents to distract Kyoushi, who is just trying to enjoy his meal in peace.
For me, episode 2 of the ‘Mother of the Goddess’ Dormitory’ was a really fun watch. I like how Kyoushi scolds Kiriya because of what she did. I’m also looking forward to seeing how Kyoushi deals with the mischievous actions of the dorm’s tenants in the future.
