The official Twitter account for Osamake announced that the light novel has now over 1 million copies in circulation. To celebrate the occasion a new TV commercial has been released.

A bookstore bonus called “Episode 0” will be distributed to celebrate this event. It will be a prequel to the first volume of the light novel, with new illustrations.
Osananajimi ga Zettai ni Makenai Love Comedy (Osamake) light novel that is being serialized since June 8, 2019. It’s written by Shuichi Nimaru and the art is done by Ui Shigure. ASCII Media Works publishes it under the Dengeki Bunko imprint. As of now, the light novel has 6 volumes and its manga adaptation has 2.
Furthermore, the series inspired an anime adaptation, which is currently airing as of the writing of this article and has three episodes available on Crunchyroll.
