Sasha Trending Worldwide After Attack on Titan The Final Season Episode 8 Released

The 8th episode of Attack on Titan released today, and Sasha is trending all over the internet. Before I even got a chance to remember it aired in Japan, I saw tens of posts all over talking about the potato girl and showing sad reactions. Luckily for me, I follow people who had the courtesy to spoil it as soon as the trailer dropped, so I was already ready for it. At the time of writing the article, there was over 118 THOUSANDS tweets for Sasha!

It will probably be way more as more countries wake up, along with several other hashtags. It was already trending after pretty much every episode, and the last one was no exception. Even Gabi and Connie are trending with 20k+ tweets!

Next episode titled “Brave Volunteers” will premiere on February 7, and it will surely be worth talking about as well.

With Sasha and the anime trending, you can vote Attack on Titan The Final Season Episode 8 on our weekly poll. The anime has ranked 1st every week so far!

And in case you are one of the people who hasn’t heard of it yet somehow. Attack on Titan is a popular Japanese manga series by Hajime Isayama. It is currently airing the final season of its anime adaptation. You can also read the full synopsis of the story:

Over a century ago, mankind was devoured by giant beings of unknown intelligence and origin known as Titans. Creatures that eat humans alive indiscriminately and for no apparent reason. The remaining population has managed to survive the last hundred years only by building a multi-walled city capable of keeping the Titans at bay, training military recruits to patrol the perimeter and gather intelligence about their mysterious foe. Eren and Mikasa have lived a relatively peaceful life behind the city’s walls. But when a massive Titan appears, smashing the outer barrier and unleashing a wave of terror, their lives are brutally changed forever…
