To Love Ru Artist Kentaro Yabuki Makes Twitter Account

The famous manga artist behind To Love Ru, as well as the creator of Black Cat, Kentaro Yabuki, has joined Twitter! He’s known as a god-tier artist, and a lot of people love his work. He made a post as soon as he joined the network, and he got a lot of followers.

It roughly says: “I have opened Twitter! I’m basically working on a manuscript so I can’t get too distracted. However, I hope I can show you some of my illustrations here from time to time.” The post went viral, and currently has over 173k likes! He then also posted an illustration of Sephiria from Black Cat. It also got a ton of engagement.

He finished the day with a tweet for the overseas fans in English. His account already has over 250k followers, which says enough about his reputation. He’s currently working on Ayakashi Triangle, which runs in Weekly Shonen Jump.

It’s always nice to see people from the industry interact with fans in any way. The positive reactions are also really nice, and even Kentaro Yabuki must feel good seeing how many people are interested in following him on Twitter!
