To Love Ru Artist Kentaro Yabuki Welcomes Second Child

Kentaro Yabuki, known as the manga artist of To Love Ru manga series, updated his Twitter on June 4 to announce that he welcomed a new family member – his second child the other day. He has a daughter with his former wife.

The tweet came with a drawing of Darling in the Franxx characters, Mitsuru, Kokoro, and their daughter, Ai. The father is anxiously holding his crying daughter, while the mother is cheerfully standing beside them. It has a message in the upper right corner “Baby has come♡”. You can see his signature in the bottom left corner. Yabuki has worked as the artist for the manga adaptation of Code:000’s story but didn’t have a chance to draw the scene in it.

The other day, my family welcomed a new family member. A bouncing boy… My heart is really full. And so I drew the Mitsuru, Kokoro, and Ai I hadn’t got a chance to draw in the manga adaptation of Darling in the Franxx.
