Uchi no Kaisha no Chiisai Senpai no Hanashi Gets Anime

Uchi no Kaisha no Chiisai Senpai no Hanashi (My Tiny Work Senpai) manga is getting an anime adaptation. The format is TV anime and the premiere is set for 2023. The author of the manga, Saiso, posted a special illustration to commemorate the announcement:

The author also tweeted about the announcement, thanking everyone for their support. The story originally started as a doujinshi, which also a sequel titled Ii Fuufu no Hanashi. The manga has been serialized since 2020 on Takeshobo’s Storia Dash website. There are currently two volumes out.

The plot follows Shinozaki, a regular office worker. His coworker, Shiori Katase, has a soft spot for him and is very kind and loving in her interactions with him. Shiori is a petite woman who doesn’t mind going out of her way to make Shinozaki’s day better. Shinozaki hopes that she is not doing this just because she feels it is her duty. However, he has no reason to worry, as Shiori’s actions speak more than words. The slice-of-life office romance story focuses on their growing relationship as they come to terms with their feelings.
