Attack on Titan Final Season Part 3 Will Fully Wrap Up the Story

The upcoming Attack on Titan Final Season Part 3 will be the final installment of the TV anime and it will fully adapt the remaining chapters of the manga. The exact premiere date hasn’t been revealed, but it was previously announced as 2023. The second part of the season ended in the Spring of 2022 season after adapting the 130th chapter, leaving only nine left. MAPPA has been adapting two chapters per episode on average so it will be interesting to see how many episodes the big finale will have.

The information was revealed at today’s special event, dedicated to the final season of Attack on Titan anime. A new key visual was unveiled during the event, which also consisted of Kohta Yamamoto’s concert in the first half. The cast of the TV anime, Yuki Kaji (Eren), Yui Ishikawa (Mikasa), Marina Inoue (Armin), Hiro Shimono (Connie), Kisho Taniyama (Jean), Romi Park (Hange), and Ayane Sakura (Gabi), attended the second part of the event along with Ai Higuchi and Yuko Ando (both of which sang ending theme songs for the series), and revealed that voice recording still hasn’t begun.
