It’s kind of surprising to see Dante rank that high, or that Gauche ranked above Yami (and Charlotte, Yuno and Secre), but overall it’s a nice list of characters.

Black Clover 5th Character Popularity Poll – Top 30

The Black Clover anime ended back in March, and it ended after Asta befriended Liebe. However, a movie was officially announced around the same time! The official YouTube channel JUMP COMICS posted an announcement PV, which you can watch below:

Black Clover Synopsis

Asta is a young boy who dreams of becoming the greatest mage in the kingdom. Only one problem – he can’t use any magic! Luckily for Asta, he receives the incredibly rare five-leaf clover grimoire that gives him the power of anti-magic. Can someone who can’t use magic really become the Wizard King? One thing’s for sure – Asta will never give up!

The results of the 5th popularity poll might be surprising, but the Black Clover manga has already given more development than anime fans have seen, and that certainly affected the ranking.

You can catch up to the Black Clover manga for free on either VIZ website or MANGA Plus. Another option is the Shonen Jump mobile app, which costs $2 per month.
