Gawr Gura of Hololive English has broken another record. She is not only the most subscribed VTuber, but also the first one to reach the 3 million subscriber count.
Her agency Hololive Production congratulates her for reaching 3 million subscribers on YouTube last July 5. The shark VTuber is also congratulated during the Anime Expo panel. Her gen-mates at Hololive English also praised her for her success.
Gawr Gura’s 3 million subscriber milestone last July 4. The VTuber’s subscribers skyrocketed a month after her debut, the first one to reach one million among all Hololive members last October 22, 2020. She swam past 2 million subscribers this January of 2021, making her the second most followed Vtuber next to Kizuna Ai.
Currently, she has 3.02M subs, undoubtedly the most popular VTuber as of now.
There’s no doubt that you’ve heard of Gawr Gura, the shark VTuber of HoloMyth. She debuted on the 13th of September, 2020. She joins her genmates Mori Calliope, Kiara Takanashi, Ina’nis Ninomae, and Amelia Watson.
During Anime Expo’s Hololive English panel aired July 4th, the girls announced new Hololive English merch to the viewers during the panel. One of the merch announced was Good Smile Company’s Gawr Gura Nendoroid.
