Joker Struggles To Raise Baby Batman In New Manga

Following the recent Deadpool manga adaptation, there is another interesting USA comic one coming. In a collaboration between DC Comics and Kodansha’s Morning Magazine, ‘One Operation Joker’ began today on January 7, 2021. Joker needs to raise Batman after he mysteriously reverts to a baby in this manga. The debut color page has been released:

Titled Wanope Joker, it can also be translated as Joker: The One-Man Operation. It released today in the magazine’s sixth 2021 written by Satoshi Miyakawa and drawn by Keisuke Gotō. You can also check it out on the Comic Days website here, though it is in Japanese. Previously, another manga titled Batman Justice Buster launched in the magazine on December 24, 2020. Eiichi Shimizu and Tomohiro Shimoguchi are in charge of that one.

As far as Joker is concerned, it seems Batman randomly falls into some liquid that turns him into a baby. After that Joker is in an awkward situation where he doesn’t want to harm a baby, and instead decides to raise him. It’s similar to ‘The Way of the House Husband’ where an ex-gangster tries to live normally and raise his daughter.

There is likely to be an English version of the manga at some point, and many Joker fans might enjoy watching him raise a baby Batman.
