Episode 11 of Osamake: Romcom Where The Childhood Friend Won’t Lose finally premiered, and this episode truly balanced the fun and emotions it has to give. Sit tight and let’s find out more about Sueharu’s past.
Tetsuhiko suddenly called Sueharu to inform him of somewhat terrible news. There was this magazine that got published, and this magazine contains the false truth about Sueharu and his mother’s past.
With that Tetsuhiko felt sudden rage because of their enemy – Shun Hardy. It was Shun who was responsible for such reckless spread of false information. Thus, Tetsuhiko decided on seeking support from a big-time national TV network.
And in order for them to gain their support, Momosaka suggested a one-on-one interview with Sueharu and his childhood friends.
Shirokusa first started the interview with Sueharu right at her own bedroom where they first met. She recalled how Sueharu changed her life after asking her out to go visit the Tokyo Tower.
Sueharu gave the weak, shy Shirokusa strength – the strength to challenge herself. Because of him, Shirokusa decided to challenge herself and they both went to visit the Tokyo Tower. Unfortunately, Sueharu’s fans got in their way and ended up being unable to visit.
Once again, Sueharu asked Shirokusa in the present day if they could visit the Tokyo Tower. And this marks their very first date!
Shirokusa’s interview with Sueharu was truly fun and enjoyable, but Momosaka’s move is something much more interesting and painful. Momosaka adored Sueharu’s mom as she was a good, loving, gorgeous mom – the ideal mother she always imagined.
Thus, Momosaka decided to have an interview with Sueharu right at the crosswalk where his mother died. Sueharu narrated the death of his mother and left Momosaka in shock. Back then, she never knew why Sueharu left his acting career until recently.
What’s more, is that she asked Sueharu why he wasn’t crying after going through the pain of narrating his mother’s death.
Momosaka ended up crying as she realized how selfish she was – how she always thought only of herself. She also apologized to Sueharu for saying such horrible things from the past. She told Sueharu how great his mother was and how sad she felt after knowing about his mother’s death. Afterward, Sueharu remembered her mother, how wonderful she was, and ended up in tears.
Let’s all find out how Kuroha’s interview would go and support the series here in our weekly polls!
