Ken Wakui’s Tokyo Revengers manga unveiled the cover illustration for the final, 31st volume with Takemichi Hanagaki and Manjiro Sano (Mikey) on Friday. It was also announced that the series surpassed 70 million circulating copies worldwide. The volume is scheduled to be released on January 17, 2023, along with a few other editions of Tokyo Revengers-related books.
One of the 7 books, the full-color short story collection titled “Todai Revengers Full Color Tanpen-shu (2) Stay Gold” compiles bonus chapters that were only available in the anime series’ BD and DVD first limited editions. The eight colored stories include the encounter of Kazutora and Baji, the eve of Tokyo Manji Gang’s foundation, and more.

Ken Wakui launched the Tokyo Revengers manga in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in March 2017 and ended the five and a half year-long serialization in November 2022. The manga inspired anime adaptations by Studio LIDEN FILMS; the first season aired from April to September 2021, and the sequel which covers the manga’s Christmas Conflict arc is scheduled to premiere on January 7, 2023. The spin-off series, Yukinori Natsukawaguchi’s Tokyo Revengers ~Baji Keisuke kara no Tegami~ and Shinpei Funatsu’s Todai Revengers are currently ongoing in Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket manga service.
