Reiji Miyajima’s Rent a Girlfriend manga released its 29th volume on Friday. The new volume features Chizuru Mizuhara on the cover and compiles chapters from 247 to 255. The manga is ongoing in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine.
In the Rent a Girlfriend anime, Sora Amamiya plays the role of Hizuru Mizuhara, and she is also known for her roles as the goddess Aqua in the KonoSuba God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World and Elizabeth in The Seven Deadly Sins.

Reiji Miyajima has been running the Rent a Girlfriend manga in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine since June 2017. The series published the 28th compiled volume in September 2022 and surpassed 10 million circulating copies. Kodansha USA is also publishing the manga in English and the 15th volume was released on November 29, 2022. The manga inspired two seasons of TV anime by studio TMS ENTERTAINMENT, both aired from July to September with a total of 12 episodes; the first season in 2020, and the second in 2022. A third season is also in production.
