Rent-a-Girlfriend Season 3 is officially in the works, as announced earlier today after the second season’s finale. The second season ended today, after 12 episodes. Rent-a-Girlfriend series is known as Kanokari, after the original Japanese title Kanojo, Okarishimasu. The third season was announced with a short chibi-style video that features the girls:
No details have been revealed as of now. Kazuomi Koga is directed the second season of Rent-a-Girlfriend anime, with Kanna Hirayama on character designs. Hyadain is composed the music. TMS Entertainment animated both seasons. The main cast includes:
- Shun Horie as Kazuya Kinoshita
- Sora Amamiya as Chizuru
- Rie Takahashi as Sumi
- Nao Toyama as Ruka
- Aoi Yuki as Mami
The story is based on a manga by Reiji Miyajima. Kodansha publishes the manga in English and describes the plot as:
