B: The Beginning Succession Releases Trailer and Confirms the March Premiere Date

The animated series B: The Beginning Succession releases on March 18th, 2021 on Netflix. This will be the sequel to the Netflix original series B: The Beginning released in 2018. The core staff from season 1 looks to reprise their roles, however, this season will have a new director, Itsuro Kawasaki. Also, based on current news, this season will look to have 12 episodes. Written by Katsuya Ishida, this show was a fan favorite a few years ago so this was a highly requested follow-up. The first trailer of B: The Beginning: Succession was released on February 17, 2021.

For those unfamiliar with the B: The Beginning series the story goes as follows:

Set in a futuristic world, crime runs rampant through the island city of Cremona. However among these, a new figure “Killer B” takes justice into their own hands. Killing anyone he sees fit this vigilante throws things into chaos. So Keith Flick, a legendary investigator of the Royal Investigation Service (RIS) enters and sets upon saving the city. With the help of his sidekick Lily Hoshina and surprisingly from Killer B himself. The detective unravels plots far beyond expectations, as he learns no one can be trusted entirely.

The growth of Netflix anime has really taken strides so we are super excited that B: The Beginning Succession releases so soon.
