Don't Touch, Kotesashi Massage Rom-Com Gets Anime

The rom-com manga Don’t Touch, Kotesashi (Sawaranaide Kotesashi-kun), written and illustrated by Takuya Shinjo, is officially getting a TV anime adaptation in 2025. The announcement was accompanied by a special commemorative illustration from the author, as well as a comment.

WWWave Corporation’s Deregula label, which is aiming to produce ‘unrestricted’ works like Yandere Dark Elf, is producing the anime.

Background

The manga began serialization in 2021 and is available on Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket platform. There is 101 chapter available as of February 21, and the story is described:
Koyo Kotesashi, the protagonist, possesses ‘exceptional’ massage skills. Aspiring to become a sports doctor, he enrolls in Seiwa University High School, a prestigious sports academy, under a special medical scholarship.

Due to his family’s financial struggles, Kotesashi takes up a live-in job at the school’s dormitory to cover his expenses. However, the dorm is home to a group of unique and eccentric female athletes. His job? Managing the dorm and taking care of their physical and mental well-being.

A story of high school athletes and massage therapy! Thus begins a bold and intense dormitory life!
