Private Tutor to the Duke’s Daughter anime revealed a new special visual featuring Tina’s older sister, Stella Howard. Studio Blanc is handling the animation, and the anime is set to premiere on July 5. Previous characters to get special visuals included Tina, Ellie, Lydia, and Lynne.
Stella is voiced by Inori Minase, and you can see her special visual below.
Besides Inori Minase, the main voice cast of the Private Tutor to the Duke’s Daughter anime includes Yuto Uemura as Allen, Hime Sawada as Tina Howard, Kyoka Moriya as Ellie Walker, Ikumi Hasegawa as Lydia Leinster, Ami Maeshima as Caren, Miho Okasaki as Lynne Leinster, and Kana Hanazawa as Felicia Fosse.
The series is directed by Nobuyoshi Nagayama, with Megumi Shimizu handling the script and series composition, character designs by Akiko Toyota, and music by Kei Haneoka.
Private Tutor to the Duke’s Daughter light novel series is written by Riku Nanano. It was first published on the Kakuyomu website in October 2017 before getting picked by Kadokawa and published under its Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint from December 2018, with illustrations by Cura. The series also has a manga adaptation by Tamura Muto, with J-Novel Club publishing both the light novel and manga in English.
The story follows Allen, who struggles to make ends meet after failing the court sorcerer exam. Desperate for work, he accepts a questionable offer to tutor a duke’s daughter. Expecting a difficult student, he is surprised to find a girl unable to perform even the most basic magic. Determined to help, Allen applies his unique methods to try and learn the cause of her struggles. As their lessons progress, an unexpected bond forms, one that could change both of their futures.
