The preview for The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity Episode 12 has been revealed. Netflix Japan will stream the episode first, premiering on Saturday, September 20. Yuichi Shimohara is directing the episode with Rino Yamazaki writing the script, and Tomohisa Taguchi doing the storyboard.
The synopsis for episode 12:
During summer vacation, Rintaro and his friends head to the beach for a day of fun. While the mood is cheerful, Subaru alone wears a troubled expression. When Kaoruko asks what’s wrong, he confides the reason for his worries. Wanting to face Rintaro and the others properly as they spend time together, Subaru makes a certain “request” to the four of them.
The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity (Kaoru Hana wa Rin to Saku) anime is based on a manga series written and illustrated by Saka Mikami. Studio CloverWorks is animating the anime adaptation with Miyuki Kuroki as director. Honoka Inoue stars as Kaoruko Waguri and Yoshinori Nakayama as Rintaro Tsumugi.

When the intimidating Rintaro meets the open-minded Kaoruko, the unlikely duo grows closer. The issue? Their neighboring high schools hate each other.
